My mortgage is going to adjust. Can you get me into a fixed mortgage without inflating my payment too much?
I tried to modify with Wells Fargo, but they wanted me to ruin my credit and the they MIGHT lower my payment. Not worth it to me. I have excellant credit and would like to keep it that way.
