I am sending you this email to let you know that I understand your practices. I am asking you now, as of October 10, 2009, to remove our home (2530 Valley Oak Way, Fairfield, CA 94533, from your list. Our home is not, in any way, shape, or form, on any Bank Owned Homes For Sale List. I am also requesting that you do not send anyone else to my home unless they have some detailed paperworks for me to read.
